Every Qrrier interaction — delivery or shopping request — is protected by verification, escrow, and review.

• Optional government-issued ID verification (not required to use Qrrier)
• Email verification
• Funds held in on-chain escrow (USDC on Base) until the delivery code is entered — non-custodial, Qrrier never holds your funds
• 4-digit delivery code — known only to the shipper/shopper and recipient — required for the carrier to release payment
• Shopping requests: escrow covers the item cost, traveler commission, optional drop-off fee, and Qrrier fee — released only on hand-off
• Admin-supported dispute resolution — funds can be refunded if a shopping item cannot be sourced or a delivery fails
• Two-way ratings and reviews
• Prohibited items policy (applies to both shipping and shopping)
