When a shipper accepts an offer, the agreed amount is held in escrow. The carrier is paid once delivery is confirmed. This protects both sides — funds are never released until the shipment is completed.

When am I connected with the other party in chat?

As soon as payment is placed in escrow for an accepted offer, the shipper and carrier are connected in chat to coordinate pickup and delivery.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the conversation with that user and use the menu in the top-right of the chat window. You can report a problem (our team will review) or block them, which prevents further messages.

What if a shipment is damaged or never delivered?

Open a ticket from the Contact support page with the shipment ID and any photos. Funds stay in escrow while we investigate.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Carrier earnings appear in your connected Wallet once a delivery is confirmed. From there you can manage payouts to your preferred chain or method. Carriers need to connect their wallet to claim payouts.

Is ID verification required?

No — government-issued ID verification is completely optional. You can post shipments, post trips, send offers, pay, and carry without submitting an ID. If you choose to verify from your Profile or Security pages, you'll get a trust badge that other users can see.

Can I change or cancel an offer?

Offers can be edited or withdrawn until they are accepted. Once funds are in escrow, both parties need to agree to cancel — contact support if the other side is unresponsive.

What can I ship through Qrrier?

Most everyday items are fine. Prohibited items include dangerous goods, weapons, illegal substances, perishables without proper packaging, and anything restricted by local laws.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We never store your card details. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant providers. Crypto payments are handled on-chain with wallet signatures.
