Qrrier Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 29, 2026
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 20), A BROAD LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (SECTION 17), AN INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION (SECTION 18), AND A RELEASE OF CLAIMS (SECTION 11) THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Qrrier ("Qrrier," "we," "us," or "our"). Qrrier is an online technology platform operated by QRS GLOBAL LTD CO., a company with its principal business address at 5 Concourse Parkway, Ste 3000, Atlanta, GA 30328("Company"). The Platform connects individuals seeking to send items ("Senders") with independent individuals willing to transport items while traveling ("Carriers").
By accessing or using the Qrrier platform, website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
Qrrier is a neutral technology marketplace. Qrrier:
- Does not transport, handle, inspect, store, or take possession of any goods, packages, or items.
- Does not own, operate, or control any transportation, logistics, or delivery services.
- Does not act as, and does not hold itself out as, a carrier, courier, freight forwarder, shipping company, customs broker, logistics provider, importer, exporter, warehouseman, bailee, common carrier, contract carrier, transportation company, broker, agent, fiduciary, bank, payment institution, exchange, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Qrrier does not provide money transmission services and does not hold itself out as a money transmitter or money services business.
- Is not an employer, agent, partner, joint venturer, franchisor, or representative of any Sender or Carrier, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship is created by these Terms.
- Does not currently offer or provide any insurance product, and is not an insurer.
- Operates a non-custodial marketplace. Outside of the smart-contract escrow system that automatically holds and releases payment for a shipment, Qrrier does not hold, custody, transmit, or control user funds, wallets, private keys, or seed phrases. Payouts are sent directly from the escrow contract to the user's connected self-custodial wallet. For card-funded transactions, fiat is converted to stablecoin and deposited into the escrow contract through third-party on-ramp and routing providers; Qrrier does not operate a hot wallet or custodial processing account for user funds.
Qrrier provides software tools that allow users to communicate, discover opportunities, and voluntarily enter into arrangements with one another. Any agreement for transportation is formed between the Sender and the Carrier; Qrrier is not a party to that transportation agreement.
3. Eligibility
To use Qrrier, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Qrrier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
4. User Accounts
Users are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining account security.
- Protecting passwords and access credentials.
- Ensuring account information remains accurate.
- All activities occurring under their account.
Users may not:
- Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Misrepresent their identity or affiliation.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Sender Responsibilities
By listing a package, the Sender represents and warrants that:
- The package description is truthful, complete, and accurate.
- The Sender accurately declares the contents of each shipment.
- The Sender does not ship illegal, dangerous, restricted, hazardous, or prohibited items.
- The Sender has the legal right to ship the item.
- The item complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier policies.
- The Sender has disclosed all relevant information about the package and its contents.
The Sender is solely responsible for:
- Package contents and packaging.
- All documentation, customs declarations, duties, taxes, and tariffs.
- Import, export, and regulatory compliance in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Any harm, loss, or claim arising from the package.
The Sender assumes full legal responsibility for any package submitted through the Platform and for any consequences resulting from the transportation of such package.
6. Carrier Responsibilities
By accepting a package request, the Carrier acknowledges and agrees that:
- Participation is entirely voluntary.
- The Carrier independently decides whether to transport an item.
- The Carrier is responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the Sender, the package, and the legality of carrying it.
- The Carrier should not transport any item they are uncomfortable carrying or unable to verify.
The Carrier is solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all transportation, customs, airline, immigration, border crossing, and import/export laws and regulations.
- All declarations made to any government authority.
- Any consequences of carrying the package, including detention, fines, seizure, or prosecution.
The Carrier understands and accepts that government agencies, airlines, and other authorities may hold the Carrier personally and exclusively responsible for any items found in their possession, regardless of information provided by any other user or by Qrrier.
7. Assumption of Risk
USERS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ANY INTERACTION WITH OTHER USERS IS AT THEIR OWN SOLE RISK. Senders and Carriers assume all risks associated with, including but not limited to: package contents; transportation; customs; border crossings; detention, arrest, fines, or prosecution by any authority; in-person meetings between users; theft, robbery, assault, injury, or death; loss, damage, destruction, or delay of any item; fraud, scams, identity misrepresentation, or criminal conduct by any other user; loss of access to a wallet, private key, or seed phrase; smart contract bugs, exploits, failed transactions, or stuck funds; blockchain congestion, forks, reorganizations, or chain failures; volatility or total loss of value of any cryptocurrency or token; and all other foreseeable or unforeseeable risks of any kind. Users accept these risks knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably.
8. Prohibited Use and Compliance
Users must not use the Platform in connection with:
- Any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Any transaction intended to evade customs, taxes, duties, inspections, or regulations.
- Transportation of prohibited, restricted, hazardous, or dangerous goods, including without limitation: controlled substances; weapons; explosives; counterfeit goods; stolen property; human remains; live animals; perishables; currency or monetary instruments above declarable limits; and any item prohibited by any applicable airline, carrier, or jurisdiction.
- Any transaction that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
Users acknowledge that:
- Customs agencies may inspect packages.
- Airlines may refuse packages.
- Border officials may detain or seize packages.
- Law enforcement may investigate shipments.
Qrrier bears no responsibility or liability for any such actions.
9. No Verification of Package Contents
Qrrier does not:
- Verify package contents.
- Verify the legality of items.
- Verify customs compliance or shipment documentation.
- Inspect, handle, or take custody of any package.
Users acknowledge that Qrrier cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy of any package description or representation made by any user.
10. Payments, Escrow, Wallets, and Blockchain Transactions
10.1 On-Chain Escrow
Qrrier utilizes blockchain-based smart contracts to facilitate escrow transactions. These smart contracts are developed, deployed, and maintained by Qrrier and are designed to automatically execute predefined escrow functions. At the time of these Terms, Qrrier primarily utilizes USDC and the Base network for escrow transactions, although supported assets, contracts, and networks may change over time. Blockchain transactions may be public, irreversible, and subject to network fees, delays, congestion, or technical failures beyond Qrrier's control. Certain actions, including dispute resolution, refunds, and fund releases, may require authorization from Qrrier-operated systems or designated wallets in accordance with the rules of the escrow protocol.
10.2 Delivery Verification and Release
Escrowed funds are released to the Carrier only when the Carrier enters the correct 4-digit delivery code at hand-off. The process works as follows:
- Code generation. When the Sender pays for a shipment, the Platform generates a unique 4-digit delivery code. The Sender must share this code only with the intended Recipient.
- Delivery confirmation. At the physical hand-off, the Recipient provides the 4-digit code to the Carrier. The Carrier enters the code into the Platform to mark the shipment as delivered. If the code is correct, the smart-contract escrow releases the Carrier's payout immediately.
- Rate limit. After 5 consecutive incorrect code entries, the code-entry function is locked for 30 minutes to prevent brute-force attempts.
- Disputes. If the Recipient refuses to provide the code, the Carrier or Sender may open a dispute through the Platform. Qrrier may investigate and, where appropriate, initiate an escrow release or refund through its authorized systems.
- No time-based auto-release. There is no automatic release based on elapsed time. Funds remain in escrow until the correct delivery code is entered or a dispute is resolved.
Users agree to use delivery codes in good faith and not to share, misuse, or circumvent them.
10.3 Fees and Treasury
Qrrier charges platform fees for use of the Services. Applicable fees, charges, and payout amounts will be displayed to users before a transaction is confirmed. Qrrier may modify its fee structure from time to time. Where applicable, fees may be collected and distributed through blockchain transactions and transferred to wallets or accounts controlled by Qrrier or its affiliates.
10.4 Payment, On-Ramp, and Blockchain Infrastructure Providers
Qrrier may utilize third-party payment processors, on-ramp providers, and financial service providers to facilitate purchases, payments, stablecoin conversions, refunds, and related payment services. Such providers may collect, process, and store information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Qrrier may also utilize third-party blockchain infrastructure providers, bridge providers, routing providers, liquidity providers, and related service providers, including but not limited to LI.FI, to facilitate blockchain transactions, asset transfers, and interoperability between supported networks.
10.4.0 External Browser Checkout and Payment Handoff
To complete a purchase, fund an escrow, perform a fiat-to-crypto on-ramp, or otherwise settle payment for a real-world delivery, Qrrier may hand off the checkout, payment, or on-ramp flow to a secure external browser or external browser tab/window rather than completing it inside the Qrrier app or an in-app web view. This handoff is used for compliance, security (including 3-D Secure, KYC, anti-fraud, and card-network requirements), and provider policy reasons. After the external payment or on-ramp step completes (or is cancelled), users are returned to Qrrier via a return link or deep link to continue the delivery flow. Users acknowledge that any data entered in the external browser is governed by the applicable third-party provider's terms and privacy policy.
10.4.1 Conversion Differences, Residual Amounts, and Settlement Variances
Where a user funds a transaction using a card payment provider, fiat-to-crypto on-ramp, bridge, swap, routing provider, liquidity provider, or other third-party payment or conversion service, the amount ultimately deposited into the Qrrier escrow contract or received by Qrrier's payment infrastructure may differ slightly from the amount the user paid or that was delivered by the provider. Such differences may arise from, without limitation, exchange-rate fluctuations, fiat-to-stablecoin or stablecoin-to-stablecoin conversion spreads, quote expiration, price slippage, rounding, network or gas costs, bridge or routing fees, settlement timing or adjustments, provider pricing or markups, partial fills, retries, and similar operational factors.
Users acknowledge and agree that any residual amounts, surplus balances, conversion differences, rounding remainders, or settlement variances resulting from such transactions — including amounts paid in excess of the required escrow total to cover expected slippage — may be retained by Qrrier and used for operational processing, reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, refund administration, chargeback reserves, network cost coverage, or other legitimate platform purposes. Qrrier is under no obligation to return, credit, or otherwise account for such residual amounts to the user, except where required by applicable law. Users who wish to avoid such residuals may fund transactions directly from a self-custodied wallet in the exact required amount.
10.5 Wallets and Self-Custody
Connection to user wallets is facilitated through third-party providers (such as WalletConnect and Reown AppKit) and the wallet applications users choose to install. Outside the escrow system described above, Qrrier does not hold, custody, transmit, or control user wallets, private keys, or seed phrases.
- Irreversibility. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Except where the escrow protocol permits (for example, an authorized refund initiated through the escrow system), Qrrier cannot cancel, reverse, recover, chargeback, or modify any on-chain transaction, transfer sent to a wrong address, transaction sent on the wrong network, or other transaction interacting with a smart contract.
- Self-custody. Users are solely responsible for securing and backing up their wallets, private keys, seed phrases, and recovery information. Loss of access means permanent and total loss of funds in those wallets. Qrrier cannot recover lost wallets or keys.
- Gas, fees, and network conditions. Users are solely responsible for network (gas) fees, failed transactions, slippage, MEV, congestion, downtime, forks, reorganizations, and any chain-level event.
- Smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits, and funds interacting with any smart contract — including Qrrier's own escrow contract — may be lost, stolen, or rendered permanently inaccessible. Qrrier disclaims all liability for smart-contract behavior, code, audits, or failures to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Volatility. Cryptocurrency and token values fluctuate and may go to zero. Qrrier makes no representation regarding the value of any digital asset.
- Service fees. Where Qrrier collects a service or protocol fee, such fees are earned at the time of the transaction and are non-refundable except as expressly required by law.
- Tax. Users are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes (including income, capital gains, VAT/GST, and customs duties) arising from their use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qrrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, theft, hack, exploit, chargeback, reversal, dispute, or failure relating to any wallet, private key, token, transaction, smart contract, blockchain, or third-party financial, on-ramp, bridge, or wallet service.
11. Disputes, Admin Authority, and Escrow Actions
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising between a Sender and a Carrier is primarily between those parties. Qrrier operates administrative systems and authorized wallets that interact with the escrow protocol to support transaction releases, refunds, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, error correction, legal compliance, and platform security. In circumstances including disputes, suspected fraud, policy violations, technical errors, or legal requirements, Qrrier may initiate or authorize escrow-related actions such as fund releases, refunds, transaction reviews, or other actions permitted by the escrow system and these Terms. Qrrier's administrative actions are intended to be exercised in accordance with the escrow protocol, platform policies, and applicable law, and Qrrier reserves the right to investigate disputes and make determinations regarding transaction outcomes where necessary to protect users, the platform, or to comply with legal obligations.
Except as expressly permitted by the escrow protocol and these Terms, Qrrier is not authorized to redirect escrowed funds to arbitrary third parties. Escrow transactions are governed by the rules and recipient addresses established for the applicable transaction.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH USER HEREBY RELEASES QRRIER (AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, DAMAGES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN USERS OR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY USER. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release..."
12. No Guarantee of Delivery
Qrrier does not guarantee:
- Delivery of any package.
- Delivery timelines.
- Package condition, authenticity, or value.
- User honesty, identity, reliability, or conduct.
All transactions occur at the users' sole risk.
13. Ratings and Reviews
Users may leave ratings and reviews. Users agree that:
- Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience.
- Reviews must not be defamatory, harassing, or false.
- Reviews must not contain protected personal information about other users.
Qrrier may, in its sole discretion, edit, remove, or refuse to publish any review without notice.
14. Identity Verification
Identity verification is optional. Qrrier does not require users to submit a government-issued ID to create an account or to use the core Platform (including posting shipments, posting trips, sending and accepting offers, chatting, paying, and carrying). Qrrier only collects government ID information if a user voluntarily submits it for optional verification and trust-badge purposes. Verification, if performed, does not guarantee a user's honesty, reliability, legal compliance, or future behavior. Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions and interactions.
15. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, software, design elements, and intellectual property belong to Qrrier or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or create derivative works of the Platform, or use Qrrier trademarks, without Qrrier's prior written permission.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QRRIER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. QRRIER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY USER OR PACKAGE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QRRIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Lost, damaged, stolen, delayed, undelivered, misdelivered, or destroyed packages or items, regardless of value.
- Customs seizures, detentions, fines, penalties, duties, taxes, tariffs, or regulatory or enforcement actions of any kind.
- User misconduct, fraud, scams, identity misrepresentation, defamation, harassment, threats, or criminal acts of any user or third party.
- Personal injury, illness, emotional distress, death, or property damage.
- Transportation incidents, accidents, or losses of any kind.
- Loss, theft, hacking, exploitation, or destruction of any wallet, private key, seed phrase, token, NFT, or other digital asset.
- Smart-contract bugs, vulnerabilities, exploits, failed transactions, stuck funds, incorrect addresses, wrong-network transfers, gas spikes, MEV, slippage, or any on-chain event.
- Blockchain congestion, downtime, forks, reorganizations, chain halts, or oracle failures.
- Volatility, devaluation, or total loss of value of any cryptocurrency, token, or digital asset.
- Acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including wallet apps, WalletConnect, RPC providers, identity-verification vendors, payment processors, hosting providers, communication services, or any other vendor.
- Inability to access, downtime of, errors in, or discontinuation of the Platform.
- Loss of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of any data, account, message, listing, review, or content.
- Reliance on any information, listing, review, rating, verified badge, profile, or representation made by any user or appearing on the Platform.
- Government action, sanctions, travel restrictions, or any political or regulatory event.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, or business opportunity, even if Qrrier has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QRRIER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY THE USER TO QRRIER DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE, AND SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, Qrrier's liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qrrier, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, investors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:
- The user's conduct or use of the Platform.
- Any package, its contents, or its transportation.
- Customs, tax, immigration, or other regulatory violations.
- Any breach of these Terms or any representation or warranty made by the user.
- Any violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.
Qrrier reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user, in which event the user will cooperate with Qrrier in asserting any available defenses.
19. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
Qrrier may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice and in its sole discretion, for any reason, including suspected fraud, policy violations, regulatory concerns, abuse of the Platform, or in response to legal process. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–11, 15–36) shall survive.
Account deletion. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings in the Qrrier web app or mobile app. Deletion is processed subject only to (a) unresolved escrow, payment, or dispute matters that must be completed first, (b) legal or regulatory retention obligations, and (c) limited audit, fraud prevention, and tax records that Qrrier is required or permitted to retain. Personally identifiable profile fields are anonymized and your authentication record is removed. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
20. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except for claims for injunctive relief related to intellectual property, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware, or by video conference, in the English language, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
USERS WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST QRRIER. Disputes must be brought in the user's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Before commencing arbitration, the claimant must send Qrrier a written notice of dispute and allow sixty (60) days to attempt informal resolution. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 20, the exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each user consents to personal jurisdiction therein.
22. Force Majeure
Qrrier shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
23. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may rely on, link to, or interoperate with third-party services, applications, smart contracts, websites, blockchains, self-custodial wallets, wallet-connection providers (such as WalletConnect and Reown AppKit), RPC and node providers, blockchain infrastructure, bridge, and routing providers (such as LI.FI), on-ramp and payment processors, identity-verification and AI providers, social sign-in providers (such as Google), hosting and email delivery providers, communication services, and other third parties. Qrrier does not own, operate, control, endorse, audit, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, and is not liable for any act, omission, failure, outage, loss, breach, or damage caused by or arising from any third party. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies, and is solely at your own risk.
24. User Content, Communications, and Safety Moderation
Users are solely responsible for all listings, messages, photos, reviews, ratings, and other content they submit or transmit through the Platform ("User Content"). Users grant Qrrier a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and use User Content to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.
Users may not use shipment titles, listings, photos, public or profile areas, or pre-payment messages to share phone numbers, email addresses, social-media handles, QR codes, payment links, external contact information, or payment instructions, or to otherwise attempt to bypass Qrrier's marketplace, safety, or escrow flow. Phone numbers, addresses, and other pickup or drop-off contact details may be shared only inside the private order chat for that specific shipment after payment has been funded and the escrow is secured.
Qrrier may use automated and manual tools to scan, block, reject, hide, remove, or review uploaded content, listings, and messages to detect and prevent unsafe, abusive, sexual, illegal, prohibited, restricted, fraudulent, or policy-violating content. Qrrier may take action it considers appropriate, including removing content, disabling messages, suspending or terminating accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement. Qrrier does not pre-screen, monitor, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of any User Content. Qrrier may, but is not obligated to, remove or refuse to display any User Content in its sole discretion. Qrrier disclaims all liability for User Content and for any reliance placed on it.
25. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Persons
You represent and warrant that you are not (and are not acting on behalf of any person that is) located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive economic sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions), and that you are not listed on any U.S., U.K., EU, UN, or other applicable sanctions, restricted parties, or denied persons list. You agree to comply with all applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and export-control laws. Qrrier may restrict or terminate access at any time to comply with such laws.
26. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining, withholding, reporting, collecting, and remitting all taxes, duties, levies, customs, and similar charges (including income, capital gains, sales, VAT, GST, and import/export duties) arising from their use of the Platform or from any transaction conducted through it. Qrrier provides no tax advice and is not a withholding agent.
27. No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship
Nothing in these Terms, on the Platform, or in any communication from Qrrier creates a fiduciary, advisory, escrow, agency, custodial, broker-dealer, investment, legal, tax, accounting, shipping, customs, or professional relationship between Qrrier and any user. Qrrier does not provide investment, legal, tax, customs, shipping, or other professional advice. Any information provided is for general informational purposes only.
28. Beta, Experimental, and Optional Features
Qrrier may from time to time offer beta, preview, experimental, or optional features (including new payment flows, smart-contract integrations, AI-assisted tools, or verification features). Such features are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty whatsoever, may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, and use of such features is entirely at the user's own risk.
29. No Duty to Monitor
Qrrier has no obligation to monitor the Platform, user accounts, listings, messages, or any other User Content, and assumes no responsibility for the conduct of any user. Qrrier may, in its sole discretion, investigate complaints, alleged violations, or suspected fraud, and take any action it deems appropriate (including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement), but is under no obligation to do so. Any action or inaction by Qrrier shall not constitute a waiver of these Terms or any of Qrrier's rights.
30. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or proposals submitted to Qrrier are non-confidential and become the sole property of Qrrier, which may use them for any purpose without compensation or attribution.
31. Objectionable Content and Abusive Users (EULA)
Qrrier has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the Platform, you agree not to post, send, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, fraudulent, spam, or that otherwise violates the rights of any person.
You may report objectionable content or abusive users at any time from within the app (Report / Block controls on profiles and in chat) or by emailing abuse@qrrier.com. Qrrier will review reports of objectionable content within twenty-four (24) hours and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, warning, suspending, or permanently banning the user, and ejecting any user who engages in abusive behavior from the Platform. Users who have been blocked by you will not be able to contact you or view your activity on the Platform.
32. Mobile Applications and App Stores
If you download or use the Qrrier mobile application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Qrrier, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Qrrier app, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims arising out of or relating to it.
- Your license to use the Qrrier iOS app is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms.
- Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the iOS app, and upon your acceptance of these Terms will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Google LLC and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the Android app on the same basis.
- You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You will comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Qrrier app (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
33. Mobile Permissions and Push Notifications
The Qrrier mobile app requests operating-system permissions only when needed to provide a feature you initiate — including access to your photo library or files to upload a profile photo or an optional identification document, and notifications to deliver transactional alerts about offers, payments, delivery codes, and disputes. Qrrier does not request device location permissions and does not collect your live GPS or browser geolocation. You can grant or revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device settings. The Qrrier mobile app does not request the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
34. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Qrrier regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver. Qrrier's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without Qrrier's prior written consent. Qrrier may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except for Apple Inc. and Google LLC as expressly set forth in Section 32, these Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
35. Changes to Terms
Qrrier may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email when practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
