Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Qrrier account and associated personal data at any time. Signed-in users can also delete their account directly from Security settings.
What gets deleted
On approval, we permanently remove your profile, contact information, uploaded photos and ID documents, shipments, trips, offers, messages, and notifications.
Retained data: transaction and payout records linked to completed deliveries are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws (typically up to 7 years), then deleted. Reviews you posted may be retained in anonymized form.
We process requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
